Regenlite®, an Exciting Laser Treatment for Skin Tightening and Collagen Stimulation
By Marja Sprock, M.D.

Collagen is one of the long, fibrous structural proteins . Tough bundles of collagen called collagen fibers support most tissues and give cells structure from the outside, but collagen is also found inside certain cells. Collagen with soft keratin is responsible for skin strength and elasticity.

Collagen degradation leads to wrinkles that come with aging. Collagen strengthens blood vessels and plays a role in tissue development.

Regenlite will stimulate new collagen

Regenlite® is a non-painful laser for rejuvenating the skin and also for vascular treatments.

No need to walk around like you fell asleep in the sun for 2 weeks, there is no discoloration with Regenlite®. The wrinkles get filled in with your own natural collagen, so no need for painful injections either. Even better, there is no downtime and you can quickly resume your normal activities.

BEFORE

AFTER

Sounds too good to be true?  Well read the science. With smartpulse laser technology at 585 nm low fluency visible yellow light, the Regenlite® has been proven by numerous scientific studies to produce new collagen. It does this by delivering energy to the tiny blood vessels in the skin, to bring them to the brink of damage, which then maximizes collagen stimulation, without any long-term impairment.

Research has shown an average of 55% wrinkle reduction in 90 days after one treatment. The increase in type 3 collagen production is 99.5% after one treatment and a stellar 148% after another treatment 2 weeks later.

To optimize the natural and so important collagen production Central Florida UroGynecology will perform 3 treatments, with intervals of 2 weeks. One follow up treatment every 3 months will keep the result optimized.

Ultrasound studies have also shown the dramatic increase in the collagen structure of the dermis, creating a natural, non painful manner to have a younger looking skin.

For young people there is the advantage that it works well to alleviate acne. The treatments are still not painful, however twice a week for three weeks and then monthly thereafter. Acne will look worse after 2 weeks, before the dramatic improvement is achieved.

For scar and wrinkle reduction there is only improvement, you’ll look younger without having a “sun burn” look or injections.

Choose to have a naturally young appearance, choose Regenlite®

Regenlite® is available at Central Florida UroGynecology.  For more information or to schedule a session call us at 321-806-3929 or leave a note here
